1. Refund Policy
a. Security Deposit Refund
- The security deposit collected during Contract plan purchases is refundable on a daily basis along with work payments.
- Refunds are conditional upon the user:
- Submitting assigned CAPTCHA work by 11:59 PM daily.
- Maintaining an accuracy rate of 90% or higher.
b. Missed Work or Accuracy Violations
If the user fails to meet the daily submission deadline or maintain the required accuracy rate, the work payment and that day's security deposit refund will be forfeited.
c. Partial Refunds for Unused Contracts
Users can request cancellation of their Contract plans at any time. A partial refund of the remaining security deposit may be processed after deducting penalties for:- Missed work
- Accuracy violations.
- Any applicable administrative fees
d. Termination Due to Policy Violations
If a user is terminated due to repeated non-compliance with CAPTCHA rules or violations of the platform's terms and conditions, the security deposit will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.
e. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds (excluding daily refunds) will be processed within 7–14 business days.
2. Return Policy
As the services offered on our platform are entirely digital, there are no physical products to return. The focus of this policy is on the refund of Contract charges or security deposits as detailed above.
3. Requesting Refunds or Cancellations
To request a refund or cancel your Contracts, follow these steps:- Contact us at contact@microjobs.live with the following details:
- Registered email address.
- Contract plan details.
- Reason for the request.
- 2. Our team will review your request and inform you of the outcome within 3–5 business days.
4. Exceptions to Refunds
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:- Failure to maintain the required accuracy rate of 90%.
- Failure to submit daily CAPTCHA work by the 11:59 PM deadline.
- Termination due to non-compliance with CAPTCHA rules or platform policies.
- Fraudulent activity or misuse of the platform.

We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated Effective Date.
